Abstract
The objectives of this thesis were to 1) study the present status of the personnel administration of the Dhamma Scriptures Schools (Phra Pariyattidhamma School), Department of Basic Education, Group 4; 2) create the personnel administration using the Buddhist Doctrine Model that supports the Dhamma Scriptures School administration; and 3) evaluate the Dhamma Scriptures schools personnel administration model with Buddhist Doctrine application in Group 4 of the Basic Education.
The research method used mixed method of quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative research was used to collect data from 189 questionnaire. The data analysis applied descriptive statistics on frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation values. The qualitative research was used to collect data from the semi-structured interviews from 15 key performants,
as well as from the focus group discussion by 9 experts. The data analysis was presented in terms of the content analysis.
