ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MODEL TO BUDDHADHAMMA OF THE BUDDHIST SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR IN NAKHON SAWAN PROVINCE

Abstract
The Objectives of this study were to 1) Study the stato of academic leadership development model based on Buddhadhamma of the Buddhist school Administrators in Nakhon Sawan Province, 2) To Make a Model of academic leadership development model based on Buddhadhamma of the Buddhist school Administrators in Nakhon Sawan Province and 3) To evaluate of academic leadership development model based on Buddhadhamma of the Buddhist school Administrators in Nakhon Sawan Province. Using qualitative research methods. The research procedures consisted of 3 steps as follow: 1) Analyze the research conceptual framework on the basis of principles, concepts, and theories of school effectiveness. Analyze of feasibility and development of the model of school administrative effectiveness. 2) Verify and creation of the model of school administrative effectiveness appropriately. 3) Evaluate improve and present the model of school administrative effectiveness. The samples consisted of the Buddhist school Administrators in Nakhon Sawan Province.
The Methodology was a qualitative research. The qualitative research collected data from 18 key informants, purposefully selected collecting data by face-to-face in-depth interviewing with the Semi-structured or guided interviews. Data were analyzed by descriptive interpretation. Data were also collected by focus group discussion with 11 participants. Data were also analyzed by descriptive interpretation.
