NEW ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT POLICY WITH COLLABORATION PROCESS EFFICIENTLY

Abstract

This article, the author aims to explain the new organization management policy with collaboration process efficiently by means of management principles in determining policies and plans. To lead to effective management, it must rely on the conceptual principle, collaboration theory to achieve development and meet corporate policies. The presentation of the article consists of policy formulation, work plan for organization management processes ,system of collaboration within the organization characteristics of collaboration among members within the organization principles of working with theories of symbolic interactionism and working principles,the new process of work to achieve maximum work efficiency.
