FACTORS AFFECTING SUCCESS OF INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE OF RAJAMANGALA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY THANYABURI

Abstract

The research purposed (1) to study the organizational factors of internal quality assurance of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, (2) to study the relationship of success factors of internal quality assurance of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, and (3) to study the factors influencing the success of internal quality assurance of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The sample group included 305 personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The questionnaire was applied as a tool. Statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentages, mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.), Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.

                   Based on the research, (1) the overall organizational factors of internal quality assurance of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi is at a high level. (2) the organizational factors relate to the success of internal quality assurance of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi in the positive level (r = 0.922) with statistical significance at 0.01. (3) The organizational factors policy administration and practices influence the success of internal quality assurance of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi with statistical significance at 0.05.
