Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study self-development of teachers in school and select the guidelines of development for teachers of Maepoen District under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. It consisted of 2 procedures. 1) To study self-development of teachers in school and select the guidelines of development for teachers of Maepoen District under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population were 127 teachers. Data collection was a 5 point rating scale questionnaire, there was 0.97 validity. Data analysis was done through percentage, means ( ) and standard deviation ( ) 2) To select the guidelines of development for teachers of Maepoen District under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 using focus on group discussion with 7 experts. Data collection tool was the consider form and using content analysis.
The finding revealed that working condition self-development of teachers in school and selects the guidelines of development for teachers overall was at the high level. The separation of self-development of teachers in school was working achievement. The lowest self-development of teachers was building relationship and cooperation with community to design learning. The guidelines of development for teachers of Maepoen District under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 should plan about: self-development, manage service system standard, update internet system, support teachers to exchange knowledge, express opinions in social media, prepare PLC activity for community, field trips and discussion. Training to increase teacher’s standard with parents, community and other organization to plan learning management with requirement of every faction.
