Abstract

              The objectives of this research were; 1) to study the state of professional learning community management based on Buddhadhamma in educational institutions under Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) to create a model of professional learning community management based on Buddhadhamma in educational institutions under Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 3) to evaluate the model of professional learning community management based on Buddhadhamma in educational institutions under Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office.


              The methods of quantitative research and qualitative research were used in the study. The study process was divided into 3 steps;  Step 1: To study the state of professional learning community management based on Buddhadhamma in educational institutions under Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office by collecting the quantitative data through questionnaires from 354 samples obtained by Taro Yamane’s table and then followed by qualitative data from in-depth interviews with 13 experts. Step 2: In creating a model of professional learning community management based on Buddhadhamma in educational institutions under Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, the data were collected by focus group discussions with 12 key-informants. Step 3: In evaluating the model of professional learning community management based on Buddhadhamma in educational institutions under Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, the model was evaluated by 14 experts.
