Abstract

The study on self-improvement of the community organizations’ leaders: A case study of the leaders of community organizations in A. Thung Song, Nakorn Sawan Province aimed to investigate the self-improvement of the community organizations’ leaders and examine the guidelines for developing the results of self-improvement of the community organizations’ leaders: A case study of the leaders of community organizations in A. Thung Song, Nakorn Sawan Province. Population was the leaders from 76 community organizations establishing in Nakorn Sawan Province where 258 leaders were the committee of the community organizations. Sample group was 60 leaders selected with purposive sampling. Research tools were the questionnaire on self-improvement of the community organizations’ leaders and group discussion. Quantitative analysis, content analysis, and descriptive analysis were applied to analyze the obtained data.
