การสร้างระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการปรับปรุงกายภาพชุมชนกำแพงงามและหัวฝาย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ (Building Up Information System for Physical Development of Kampang-Ngam and Hua-Fai Communities, Mueang District, Chiang Mai Province)

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษารวบรวมข้อมูลและสร้างเครื่องมือจัดการข้อมูลสำหรับสถาปนิกชุมชนเพื่อใช้ในการออกแบบปรับปรุงกายภาพชุมชนกำแพงงามและชุมชนหัวฝาย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ด้วยวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ การเก็บข้อมูล โดย การสำรวจ สังเกต และสัมภาษณ์สถาปนิกชุมชน ประชาชนในชุมชน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสารสนเทศ รายละเอียดการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ การปรับปรุงกายภาพชุมชน ลักษณะการใช้ข้อมูล ปัญหาของการใช้ข้อมูล ตลอดจนรูปแบบสารสนเทศที่พึงประสงค์ แล้วนำข้อมูลที่เก็บได้มาสร้างสารสนเทศบทความที่น่าสนใจ เว็บบอร์ด บล็อก และช่องทางการติดต่อเจ้าของข้อมูล ผลการประเมินสารสนเทศเว็บไซต์ในรูปแบบเว็บไซต์ต้นแบบ จากนั้นจึงให้สถาปนิก ประชาชน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสารสนเทศทำการประเมินเว็บไซต์ ปรับแก้ไขสารสนเทศต้นแบบ สรุปผลการศึกษา พบว่า ข้อมูลที่มีความจำเป็นต้องใช้ในการปรับปรุงกายภาพชุมชนแบ่งประเภทเบื้องต้น ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลประเภทสร้างด้วยโปรแกรมเพื่อการออกแบบ ข้อมูลภาพและข้อมูลรายงาน การใช้ข้อมูลและปัญหาของการใช้ คือ การจัดเก็บ การสูญหาย และการพิมพ์ รูปแบบสารสนเทศที่ต้องการ คือ เว็บไซต์ โดยมีองค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่  ข้อมูลเพื่อการปรับปรุงกายภาพชุมชน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงดี มีสิ่งที่ต้องปรับแก้คือลดขั้นตอนเข้าถึงข้อมูล ผลของการวิจัยนี้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการออกแบบปรับปรุงกายภาพชุมชนพื้นที่ศึกษา และหน่วยงานที่ต้องการข้อมูลของพื้นที่ศึกษาเพื่อนำไปวิเคราะห์ขยายผลในระดับผังเมือง

This research focused on data collection and building up information system for community architects to design and develop physical landscape of Kampaeng Ngam and Hua Fai Communities, Muaeng District, Chiang Mai. This was the qualitative research which the data was collected by survey, observation, and interviewing the community architects, the people in communities, and the expert about information system. The details of collected data consisted of the development of physical landscape in community, the character of data’s usage, the problems of using data, and the proposed form of information. The collected data then was used to create the model website. The architects, the people and the experts evaluated and improved the website later. The results of study found that the necessary data used in physical development community was the data built by designing program, graphic data, and report data. The data’s usage and the problems of using data were the data’s collection, the loss of data, and the difficult printing data. The proposed website contained 5 main components: data for physical landscape’s development in the community, interesting articles, webboard, blog and contact. The result of website evaluation was moderate to good. Website could be improved by reducing the step of data access. The research benefited the design and physical development of communities and other parties who may use the data for urban planning.
