บทคัดย่อ
ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เป็นส่วนสำคัญของการพัฒนาเมืองอัจฉริยะและองค์กรบริหารจัดการเมืองอัจฉริยะ ดังนั้น ศูนย์ข้อมูลเมืองซึ่งทำหน้าที่รวบรวม จัดการ และประมวลผลข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเมืองหลากหลายรูปแบบและที่มาจึงเป็นกลไกอันขาดเสียมิได้ในการขับเคลื่อนเมืองไปสู่ความเป็นอัจฉริยะ ภายใต้วิสัยทัศน์ที่จะพัฒนาเมืองให้เป็น ‘มหานครอัจฉริยะ’ และยกระดับองค์กรให้เป็น ‘องค์กรอัจฉริยะ’ กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยสำนักการวางผังและพัฒนาเมือง ได้ดำเนินโครงการศึกษาและจัดทำแผนพัฒนาศูนย์ข้อมูลเมืองกรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อกำหนดรูปแบบแนวทางการพัฒนาศูนย์ข้อมูลเมือง ซึ่งจะเป็นทั้งคลังข้อมูลที่รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเมืองในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นช่องทางให้บริการข้อมูลเปิดแก่ประชาชนทั่วไป และเป็นศูนย์สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติการของหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ของกรุงเทพมหานคร โครงการประกอบด้วยเนื้องาน 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนศึกษาวิจัย และส่วนเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาศูนย์ข้อมูลเมืองกรุงเทพมหานคร บทความวิจัยฉบับนี้คือรายงานสรุปในส่วนแรก การศึกษาวิจัยมุ่งตอบคำถามที่จำเป็นสำหรับการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาศูนย์ข้อมูลเมืองกรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการวิจัยให้ข้อสรุปใน 3 ประเด็น ได้แก่ (1) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาศูนย์ข้อมูลเมือง (2) รูปแบบศูนย์ข้อมูลเมืองกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (3) กรอบแนวทางการพัฒนาศูนย์ข้อมูลเมืองกรุงเทพมหานคร ข้อค้นพบจากการศึกษาวิจัยเหล่านี้ถูกนำไปสังเคราะห์เพื่อใช้ในการจัดทำข้อเสนอแผนพัฒนาศูนย์ข้อมูลเมืองกรุงเทพมหานคร
