MUSIC PROGRAM: VIOLIN INSTRUCTION IN SECONDARY SCHOOL, BANGKOK, THAILAND การเรียนการสอนไวโอลินของแผนศิลป์-ดนตรี ในโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

          งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ     1) ศึกษาสภาพการเรียนการสอนไวโอลินของแผนศิลป์-ดนตรีในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และ  2) เพื่อให้ทราบถึงปัญหา แนวทางแก้ไข และข้อเสนอแนะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่เปิดสอนแผนศิลป์-ดนตรีจำนวน 5 โรงเรียน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          สภาพการเรียนการสอนมีหลักสูตรมุ่งเน้นพัฒนานักเรียนเครื่องมือเอกไวโอลินให้มีความสามารถเพียงพอเพื่อเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับมหาวิทยาลัยสาขาวิชาดนตรี ครูผู้สอนจบการศึกษาอย่างน้อยในระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาดนตรีปฏิบัติเอกไวโอลิน ผู้เรียนมีทักษะทางไวโอลินแตกต่างกันไปขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายการรับเข้าศึกษาต่อ ทุกโรงเรียนสนับสนุนกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอนเป็นอย่างดี สื่อและอุปกรณ์ประกอบการเรียนการสอนที่จำเป็นมีเพียงพอ และการวัดผลประเมินผลของทุกโรงเรียนอิงเกณฑ์ตามการพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้เรียนเป็นหลัก ในด้านปัญหาพบว่า นักเรียนต้องเรียนรายวิชาสามัญค่อนข้างมากในแต่ละวันส่งผลให้แบ่งเวลาสำหรับฝึกซ้อมไวโอลินไม่ดีนัก โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ขาดแคลนห้องซ้อมเดี่ยวและแหล่งค้นคว้าทางดนตรี ส่วนการวัดผลประเมินผลยังขาดการวางหลักเกณฑ์ที่แน่นอน

          This qualitative research used a questionnaire in collecting data. Its aims were to 1) study the conditions of violin instruction of the Music Program in secondary schools, Bangkok and 2) to study the problems, solutions and suggestions. The research sample included 5 schools in Bangkok. The research results were as follows:

          All of the schools have concepts of the program, emphasizing the development of the students with the sufficient ability to continue their studies at a university level in the field of music. The teachers are compulsorily required to be at least a bachelor degree level majoring in violin performance. While each student has different violin skills according to the school’s admission policies, all schools provide support in learning and teaching activities. The necessary media and tools used in learning and teaching are adequate. Measurement and evaluation of all schools are based on criteria in the development of the learners. Regarding the aspect of problems, it was found that the students have to study quite a lot of other general subjects on a daily basis. The students also have a difficult time for rehearsals. Most schools have inadequate solo rehearsal rooms and music research resources, there is a lack of adequate criterion in measurement and evaluation.
