Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค เพื่อศึกษาภูมิปญญาทองถิ่นและอัตลักษณรวม แหลงทองเที่ยวสโลวทาวนในเสนทางระเบียงเศรษฐกิจอนุภูมิภาคลุมนํ้าโขง โดยมี ขอบเขตการวิจัยคือแหลงทองเที่ยว สโลวทาวนใ นพื้นที่ศึกษาบนเสนทางเสนทาง ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจอนุภูมิภาคลุมนํ้าโขงตะวันออก-ตะวันตก (East-West Economic Corridor: EWEC) หรือเสนทางหมายเลข 9 (R9) ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ในประเทศไทย ซึ่งประกอบจังหวัดมุกดาหาร จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ จังหวัดขอนแกน โดยสอบถามจากผูนําชุมชน (นายอําเภอ) จํานวน 10 คนในเสนทางหมายเลข 9 ผานตามการจัดกลุม 3 ลักษณะประกอบดวย กลุมสถาปตยกรรม กลุมศิลปกรรม และกลุมหัตถกรรม จากผลการวิเคราะหขอมูล สรุปไดวา พื้นที่วิจัยคือ บานปาเหลื่อม (แกง ดอนจาน) ตําบลดอนชาง อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแกน เปนตนแบบของแหลงทอง เที่ยวสโลวทาวน เพราะมีปจจัยดังนี้ 1) มีการสงวนรักษาหรืออนุรักษไวซึ่งเอกลักษณ ทางวัฒนธรรม 2) มีรูปแบบวัฒนธรรมที่มีความสงบสุข 3) มีรูปแบบวัฒนธรรมของ ตนเอง 4) มีการปลูกจิตสํานึกในรูปแบบวัฒนธรรมของตนเอง 5) มีการแสดงถึงความ เจริญงอกงาม ทางวัฒนธรรม 6) มีการดํารงอยูของกลุมชาติพันธุ 7) มีการจําแนก ชาติพันธุในชุมชน 8) การเสริมสรางอัตลักษณของบุคคลและของชาติพันธุในชุมชน 9) มีการรณรงคใหใสชุดเสื้อผาที่ผลิตในทองถิ่น 10) ประชาชนรับประทานอาหารที่ ปรุงจากวัตถุดิบพื้นบานตามฤดูกาล
