การพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของนาฏศิลปิน : กรณีศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตปริมณฑล และเขตภาคตะวันออก

Abstract

การวิจัยการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมที่พึงประสงค์ของนาฏศิลปิน : กรณี ศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตปริมณฑลและเขตภาคตะวัน ออก มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมที่พึงประสงค์สำหรับนาฏศิลปิน และเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการต่อคุณธรรม จริยธรรมที่พึงประสงค์สำหรับนาฏศิลปิน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตปริมณฑล และเขตภาคตะวันออก กลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ อาจารย์ที่ประจำสาขานาฏศิลป์ไทย หรือสาขา วิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง นักศึกษาที่เรียนสาขานาฏศิลป์ไทยหรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องและ ศิลปินทางด้านนาฏศิลป์ในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตปริมณฑลและ เขตภาคตะวันออก ที่ได้จากการเลือกตัวอย่างตามสะดวกจำนวน 285 คน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 2 ฉบับ คือ แบบสอบถาม รอบที่ 1 เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ประกอบแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด แบบสอบถามรอบที่ 2 เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีหาค่าฐานนิยม ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการวิเคราะห์สังเคราะห์พัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมที่พึงประสงค์มี ความเหมาะสม จำนวน 10 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความซื่อสัตย์ ความรับผิดชอบ ความขยัน หมั่นเพียร ความมีวินัย ความอดทนความสามัคคี ความมีนํ้าใจ ความเสียสละ การ ควบคุมอารมณ์ และการตรงต่อเวลา

2. ผลการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการต่อคุณธรรม จริยธรรมที่พึงประสงค์ ของนาฏศิลปิน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตปริมณฑลและเขต ภาค ตะวันออก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยได้แก่ ความ รับผิดชอบ ความซื่อสัตย์ การตรงต่อเวลา ความสามัคคี ความขยันหมั่นเพียร ความ เสียสละ ความมีนํ้าใจ ความมีวินัย ความอดทน และ การควบคุมอารมณ์ ตามลำดับ

3. ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสอดคล้องของความเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญกับความ ต้องการของนาฏศิลปิน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตปริมณฑลและเขตภาคตะวันออก มีความสัมพันธ์กัน โดยเป็นไปในทางเดียวกันทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน

The Development of Desirable Virtues and Ethics of Dramatic Artists: A Case Study Of Rajabhat Universities in Bangkok, Suburban Bangkok and the Eastern Region

This current research entitled “The Development of Desirable Virtues and Ethics of Dramatic Artists: A Case Study of Rajabhat Universities in Bangkok, Suburban Bangkok, and the Eastern Region” was aimed to develop the desirable virtues and ethics for dramatic artists as well as to study the students’ desire to develop their virtues and ethics of those who studied at Rajabhat Universities in Bangkok, Suburban Bangkok, and the Eastern Region. The samples were 285 teachers and students of Thai Dramatic Art Program and related ones and dramatic artists of Rajabhat Universities in Bangkok, Suburban Bangkok, and the Eastern Region through simple random sampling. The research instruments were two questionnaires. The fi rst was interview with opened ended questionnaire. The second was rating scale questionnaires. The data analysis was conducted by mode, arithmetic mean and standard deviation.

The research revealed that;

1. According to the analysis of development of desirable virtues and ethics, there were 10 desirable virtues and ethics: honesty, responsibility, diligence, discipline, patience, harmony, generosity, sacrifice, self-control and punctuality.

2. According to the analysis of the dramatic artists’ desire to develop virtues and ethics of Rajabhat Universities in Bangkok, Suburban Bangkok, and the Eastern Region, an overall was at a high level: responsibility, honesty, punctuality, harmony, diligence, sacrifi ce, generosity, discipline, patience, and self-control respectively.

3. The analytical result of accordance between experts’ opinion and dramatic artists’ need at Rajabhat universities in Bangkok, Suburban Bangkok and the Eastern region were related in the same direction in both overall and separately.
