Abstract

OPPO is the smartphone’s brand from China. This brand has joined the smartphones market in Thailand since 2004. OPPO keeps working hard for developing its own brand until few years later, company succeeded to be the second most popular smartphone in Thailand. OPPO’s target employee in the labor market, especially Thai employees who learn the Chinese language.

Today, Chinese language is very important and popular in Thai labor market. Furthermore, OPPO Company would like to hire Chinese employees to work together. On the other hand, there is a problem of cultural differences in communication on working.

The topic of thesis is about " The Study of Business Chinese of Smartphone Market in Thailand: Case Study of THAI OPPO Co., Ltd."  The objective is to study of working, knowledge and abilities in Chinese language of THAI OPPO Company’s employees. Problems have been encountered in working include studying of organization’s culture which related to employees, Management, Human Resources Development in organization and the growth of OPPO brand in Thailand's smartphones market. The effect is related to employee’s Chinese skills and working problem with foreigner in our company, including to summarize methods and measures how to solve the problem to employees.
