Abstract

         Thailand is a famous place of the world where attract a lot of Chinese tourists to visit in this country, so they are a first group to travel in it. The Thailand tourism business development help to promote Thai hotels include Grand China Hotel welcomes a lot of them to relax. Moreover using Chinese language in hotel service is more important. This research have a purpose to survey Chinese language level of personnel and situation in using it that describes raising the service qualities to push and develop this hotel.

          This thesis compiles analysis information paper through the interview hotel’s manager 

in using a questionnaire from this service personnel and tourists in Grand China Hotel with stochastic.

          This thesis has researched using Chinese in the service of the Grand China Hotel in Bangkok, Chinatown. The research found that the quality of Chinese language services in this hotel is quite bad. Other side the Chinese language service of the hotel staff still has many problems. The Chinese-speaking staff of the hotel are not also communicating this language. Currently, there are quite a lot of hotels in Yaowarat that make a serious competition to be able meeting the needs of Chinese tourists. Grand China Hotel needs to upgrade the quality of its Chinese language service to meet the needs of Chinese tourists to stay in the hotel.
