A STUDY OF CHINESE LANGUAGE SERVICE OF THE TEMPLES IN AYUTTHAYA

Abstract

Plenty of interesting tourist attractions are located in several provinces throughout Thailand. Ayutthaya is one of tourist destinations, especially Chinese tourists as it is not far from Bangkok which takes only an hour to reach there. Moreover, it does not require much expense. The tourists can enjoy various kinds of activities there. There are a lot of interesting tourist attraction, especially the historical ones with interesting background which were registered as UNESCO's world heritages. As a result, tourists around the world visit Ayutthaya constantly.

This research has aims for studied and comparative analyzed with using Chinese language for traveling in tourist attraction at Ayutthaya province included with the satisfaction of Chinese tourists surveyed to tourism service and other convenience within tourists attraction in Ayutthaya province with using questionnaires and interviews for studies other situation, measurement, and analyzing about mistakes for tourism service. In addition, the finding ways for solved problem about service development have more efficiently for convenience and impression to Chinese tourists and there has attracted them make a journey at Ayutthaya.

This research has showed that using Chinese language for tourism in tourist attraction at Ayutthaya which most mainly has focused on Thai and English language, but somewhere has tourist attraction where well knew and famous place for tourists with using Chinese language service has a satisfactory level. Furthermore, officers who could have abilities skills with Chinese language at less and service language should have obtained most improvement such as QR Code with history guide of tourist attraction has less and there has only Thai language. In addition, there should have provided accurately information about tourist attraction which there has most important for historical tourism greatly. Therefore, there should have improvement for tourists obtained more information correctly and appropriately with historical park at Ayutthaya has praised as world heritage from UNESCO.
