Abstract

Currently there are increasingly financial transactions with banks from chinese people which many of them choose to receive services from banks in Thailand. The banks have used Chinese language to facilitate communication. In recent years, a considerable amount of chinese travelers come to Thailand. Thus, most of banks in Thailand give more communication in chinese language to provide services. Due to large number of Chinese tourists, It shows that the use of Chinese in the service is essential. This study aimed to analyze the use of Chinese business communication of Siam Commercial Bank which was the first bank in Thailand. Siam Commercial Bank has always been adhering to heal its century-old tradition of excellence to provide customers with a typical financial services. So far, Siam Commercial Bank is Thailand's leading universal bank business model of a commercial bank offering a full range of financial products and services to meet the various needs of customers. The most important factor is the bank's service requires customer satisfaction. Because the language of communication is a major factor. Between the various departments of the bank and the customer. Therefore, this study will focus on the banking, Mandarin Chinese people use business relationship banking trade market business opportunities in Thailand, then study the relationship between the Chinese language services business of bank.
