There is mutual knowledge transfer within the personnel coupled with the acquisition of knowledge from outside through the form of teamwork and collaborative learning as well as having a systematic understanding that will coordinate with the aim of creating opportunities to find best practices to lead to development and build a strong knowledge base of the organization. This leads to the transfer of knowledge, experiences, and skills together and continually develop the organization to keep up with the changing and competitive conditions. The learning organization development model must be concrete, strategic and formal. According to Sammappadhānāni IV to promote the development model, it will enable organizations and personnel to have effective and efficient work processes, ready to face competitive conditions, respond to changes in the internal and external environment, to detect and correct errors that occur within the organization.
