Integration of Chinese Traditional Music Culture in Chinese Piano Works

Abstract

          Chinese piano artists usually grow up in a strong traditional cultural atmosphere, and their creative inspiration often comes from their own understanding of national culture and emotions. This unique background enables them to naturally incorporate ethnic elements into their piano music, expressing distinctive oriental emotions through the piano as a western instrument, so that their works not only show their personal artistic style, but also are deeply rooted in traditional Chinese culture. This kind of artistic creation not only enhances the infectious force of the musical works, but also provides a new way for the inheritance and promotion of national culture. By integrating traditional cultural elements into piano music creation, Chinese musicians not only show their artistic talent, but also assume the role of cultural inheritors.
