Development of a Project-Based Learning Management Model Based on Design Thinking with a Learning Ecosystem to Createjobs and Careers with Social and Economic Value

Abstract
Development of a project-based learning management model based on design thinking with a learning ecosystem to create jobs and careers with social and economic value aimed to 1) develop project-based learning based on design thinking using learning ecosystem model to create jobs and careers with social and economic values, and 2) evaluate project-based learning based on design thinking using learning ecosystem model to create jobs and careers with social and economic values. The subjects were purposively selected 200 students aged 13 years old and above in fundamental education of Khao Pa Na Le School Zone, including 70 students from Noppitam School, 60 students from Rajaprajanugroh 19 School, 45 students from Wichianprachason School and 25 students from Wat Klang School. There were 3 study phases including 1) the development of project-based learning based on design thinking using learning ecosystem model to create valuable jobs and careers, 2) the validation of project-based learning based on design thinking using learning ecosystem model to create valuable jobs and careers, and 3) the evaluation of project-based learning based on design thinking using learning ecosystem model to create valuable jobs and careers. Data were analyzed using a 5-level evaluation model.
The results revealed that 4 C-PBL Model was developed with principles, objectives and learning steps. There were 4 learning steps including C1: create shared concepts, C2: create projects, C3: create jobs and careers, and C4: communicate. The model was validated with the IOC of 1.00. The IOC of creating jobs and careers by using learning ecosystem with social and economic values questionnaire was 1.00. Learning ecosystem in communities was appropriate for creating jobs and careers at the highest level Career projects enhanced creating jobs and careers with social and economic values at the highest level
