Educational Administration Model For Excellence in Municipal Schools Under the Local Administrative Organization Southern Andaman Coast

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) create a model of school administration towards excellence and 2) examine the model of school administration towards excellence of municipal schools under local administrative organizations in the Andaman Sea. The research method consisted of 2 steps: Step 1: create a model of school administration towards excellence and Step 2: examine the accuracy, appropriateness, feasibility and usefulness of the model of school administration towards excellence. Step 1 used an expert seminar and Step 2: the group of informants consisted of 10 school directors of municipal schools under local administrative organizations in the Andaman Sea who were selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments used were an expert seminar, appropriateness and feasibility. Data were analyzed using percentages, means, standard deviations and content analysis.
The research results found that
1. The model for school administration towards excellence of municipal schools under local administrative organizations in the Andaman South can be integrated into actual practice. There are 3 important components: Part 1 Introduction, consisting of basic concepts, principles, and objectives of the model. Part 2 Contents, consisting of elements of school administration towards excellence and school administration process towards excellence. Part 3 Conditions for success.
2. The results of the inspection of the educational administration model for excellence of the municipal school found that it was correct, appropriate, and feasible. and usefulness Overall, it is at the highest level.
