The Effect of Teachers' Well-Being on Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract
This article explains the conceptual framework of teacher’s well-being. Topics described in this article consists of 1) The meaning and dimension of well-being are affects of the person's abilities or government support that compose of 13 dimensions. 2) The meaning and dimension of teacher well-being are a condition that affects the daily life and working that compose of 4 dimensions that compose of physical and mental well-being, social well-being, cognitive well-being and subjective well-being. 3) The meaning of each dimension of the teacher's well-being include (1) Heathy of physical and mental. (2) Positive relationships and trust from principal, colleagues and student. (3) Capacity to concentrate at work, self-efficacy (4) Job satisfaction and life satisfaction. 4) Consequently, teacher's well-being affects to student’s well-being, achievement and student’s behavior.
