The Development of Manufacturing Standard Support System of Agricultural Processed Community Enterprise for Strengthen Local Economy in Eastern Region

Abstract
This research aimed to analyze the factors that support the production of agricultural processed community enterprises to meet the standards and to develop a production support system for agricultural processed community enterprises in the eastern region of Thailand. The research process began with studying and collecting data from community enterprises and in-depth interviews with those involved in the management of production standards in Chanthaburi Province. The questionnaires were developed and the data from the sample group was collected using the Yamane sample calculation formula with a 90 percent confidence level. The sample group was 76, with a total of 80 questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.902 Descriptive statistics were used to find the significance level of the factors and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was used to group the components.
The research results found that the factors of supporting production to meet the standards included 3 aspects: personnel, production, and production site. The development of a system model supporting production standards for agricultural processing community enterprises in the Eastern region consists of 1. personnel, consisting of three sub-components: community enterprise leaders, production process workers, and compliance with regulations; 2.production, consisting of three sub-components: production control, material transportation, storage and maintenance; and 3.production site, consisting of four sub-components: production site layout, external environmental management, work environment, and hygiene.
