Abstract

          This research was Mixed-method research with the objectives 1) to study the status of student affairs administration for the development of desired characteristics of students in accordance with the Royal Educational Policy of educational institutions, 2) to develop a student affairs administration model for the development of desired characteristics of students in accordance with the Royal Educational Policy of educational institutions, and 3) to examine the student affairs administration model for the development of desired characteristics of students in accordance with the Royal Educational Policy of educational institutions. The study involved 3 steps: Step 1: Study the status of student affairs administration for the development of desired characteristics of students. The target group included 5 qualitative informants and 353 quantitative informants. Step 2: Draft a student affairs administration model for the development of desired characteristics of students in accordance with the Royal Educational Policy of educational institutions. Step 3: Examine the student affairs administration model for the development of desired characteristics of students in accordance with the Royal Educational Policy of educational institutions. This involved a seminar with 9 qualified experts and a seminar with a group of 9 practitioners.
          The research results found that
          The results of the study on the state of student administration for the development of desirable characteristics of students found that the overall appropriateness of implementation was at the highest level.
          The results of the development of a student affairs management model for developing the desired characteristics of students according to the educational policy of educational institutions, bringing the educational policy of His Majesty King Rama X into practice" using the SIMCIPO MODEL. The main objective is to develop student affairs management to develop the desired characteristics according to the educational policy of His Majesty King Rama X.
          Examining the student affairs management model for developing the desired characteristics of students according to the educational policies of educational institutions, it was found that experts have consistent opinions that they are at a high level in every item and the efficiency assessment results have an average value at the highest level.
