The Development of Transformational Leadership Model of 21st Century Administrators In Krabi’s Private School

Abstract

           The Development of the Transformational Leadership Model of 21^st Century Administrators in Krabi’s Private School is a mixed method research with objectives to study the existing and preferable practices of the Transformational Leadership of the 21^st century. This is to develop and revise the Transformational Leadership Model of the 21^st century. The research has been sectioned into 3 stages: 1) Studying the embodied quality of Transformational Leadership of the 21st century from from the sample group selected from the total population comprising 85 people through questionnaires and interviews. 2) Developing the Transformational Leadership Model of the 21^st Century, and 3) Revising the Transformation Leadership Model of the 21^st Century through connoisseurship and focus groups with connoisseurship questionnaires and focus group questionnaires.
           The result indicated: 1) the Transformational Leadership of the 21^st Century is found to be practiced in the existing condition on a ‘Good’ level, while the preferable condition is found to be practiced at an ‘Excellent’ level. When considered per aspect, the 2^nd element of “Motivation Inspiration” is ranked first on the Priority Needs Index of the highest preferable quality. When the Priority Needs Index is examined per item, it is found that the 6^th skill, “Problem Solving Skill” is ranked first on the Priority Needs Index of the highest preferable quality. 2) The Development of the Transformational Leadership Model of 21^st Century Administrators in Krabi’s Private School is developed. 3) The Development of the Transformational Leadership Model of 21^st Century Administrators in Krabi’s Private School is accurate, appropriate, and feasible in all elements, thus applicable for practical deployment.
