A Model of Participatory Administration of Educational Park, in Udon Thani Province.

Abstract

          The objectives of this research are 1) to study the management of educational parks of participatory temples in Udon Thani Province 2) to develop models and activities for the management of educational parks of participatory temples. Udon Thani Province and 3) to evaluate the model and management activities of the temple's educational park with participation in Udon Thani Province The study method was used using qualitative research methods. and quantitative research methods There were 2,314 people aged 18 years and over, a sample group of 400 people, and 20 key informants/people.
           The study found that:
           1) Management of educational parks of temples with participation in Udon Thani Province. It was found that the current condition of the management model of educational parks of temples with participation in Udon Thani Province. The overall average is at a moderate level (x ̅=3.43, S.D.= 0.07). In addition, the desired conditions for the management model of the educational park of the temple are participation in Udon Thani Province. The overall average is at the highest level (x ̅=4.68, S.D.= 0.13) and the needs and necessities It identified the most important and urgent needs that must be developed before a participatory temple education park management model in Udon Thani Province is identified. which is considered from the PNImodified index value =0.40
          2) Development of models and management activities for the temple's educational park using participation in Udon Thani Province found that 1) the project can promote morality and ethics or beneficial to the community The details are complete, 2) there is adequate budget allocation for management, 3) there is an agency responsible for supervising and controlling operations, and 4) creating plans or projects for continuous temple development. 5) providing opportunities for the public. Express opinions in planning work in various aspects. In addition, people participate in planning the construction of things within the temple, participate in regular meetings to solve temple problems, and plan the allocation of temple finances. The expenses of the temple have a unit that is responsible for supervising and controlling operations.
           3) Evaluating the model and management activities of the temple's educational park using participation in Udon Thani Province found that (format name, objectives, principles/concepts) can be considered for suitability and feasibility. and the usefulness of Management model for the temple's educational park with participation in Udon Thani Province.
