The inherit of Local Wisdom of Chanthabun Reed Mat and Community Lifestyle: A Case Study of Thachabaeb Village in Bang Kacha Sub-district of Chanthaburi Province through Knowledge Management

Abstract
This research objectives were 1) to fulfil Plant Genetic Conservation Project Under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (RSPG), 2) to conduct the knowledge management process of local wisdom based on the community identity with the case study of Ban Tha Chalaep, Bang Kaja, Mueang, Chanthaburi, and 3) to share the continuing of the story of Chanthaboon reed mat, the local wisdom based on the community identity, with the case study of Ban Tha Chalaep, Bang Kaja, Chanthaburi. The sample of this research was 20 members of Ban Tha Chalaep Reed Mat Weaving Community Enterprise, Bang Kaja, Chanthaburi.Using the criteria for selection.1.Volunteer spirit 2. Weaving reed mats along time . 3. Experience in weaving reed mats. 4. Work that is acceptable. The research instruments were interview and content analysis.
The results found that: 1. Joined the Royal initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (RSPG) and the communities have a stronger and more sustainable. 2. The process of knowledge management for local wisdom of Thachabaeb community identity have 5 steps were Unite, Draft goals together, Total experience , knowledge sharing and share and benefit. 3. Effect of inherit local wisdom of Chanthabun reed mat and community lifestyle have 4 chapter of a book ; chapter 1 : Chanthabun reed mat and community lifestyle , chapter 2 : Knowledge management process of local wisdom base on the community identity : Chanthabun reed mat , chapter 3 : Until it becomes the Chanthabun reed mat , chapter 4 : Difficult problem create challenges.
