A Model of School Administrations for Excellence in Schools Under the Education Sandbox Rayong Province

Abstract
This research article aims to: 1. Develop a management model for excellence in educational institutions within the educational innovation area of Rayong Province, 2. Evaluate the management model for excellence in educational institutions within the educational innovation area of Rayong Province, and 3. Propose policy recommendations for managing excellence in educational institutions within the educational innovation area of Rayong Province. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study using a mixed-methods approach. Quantitative Research: The sample group consists of 172 educational administrators in Rayong Province. The questionnaire used has a reliability value of 0.98. The statistical methods used are mean and standard deviation. Qualitative Research: Information was gathered from 21 key informants through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and policy workshops using purposive sampling. The tools used include interviews, content analysis, and triangulation techniques. Research Findings: 1. The study successfully presents a management model for excellence in educational institutions within the educational innovation area of Rayong Province, comprising 9 components. 2. The evaluation of the management model for excellence in these institutions found that the measurement model of the 9 components was consistent overall. Policy recommendations for managing excellence in these educational institutions include: For policymakers and policy drivers, it is suggested that stable policies should be established. For those implementing policies, it is recommended to promote the development of curricula and the design of learning management focused on analytical thinking skills.
