Abstract

          The purpose of this research are 1) to study factors related to knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of citizens and government agencies of the Eastern Province Group 2 in the election of provincial governors; 2) to study the components Confirmation of organizational management according to McKinsey's 7s concept in the election of governors and 3)To study the influences affecting the readiness to elect governors of the people and government agencies of the Eastern Province Group 2 by collecting data with a questionnaire from a sample of the people. Voters residing in the Eastern Province Group 2, totaling 400 people and key informants including community leaders, local administrative organization executives, and academics in the Eastern Region 2 provinces, totaling 17 people, analyzed the data using structural equation models. The results of the study found that the model was consistent with the empirical data. This can be determined from the values ​​X²/df =1.727, p-value = 0.171, GFI = 0.966, RMSEA =0.038, SRMR = 0.013, CFI = 0.998 and X²/df =1.789, p-value = 0.5920, GFI = 0.985, RMSEA =0.024, SRMR = 0.015, CFI = 0.998. It was found that both the chi-square statistic values And the index measuring the degree of conformity and harmony had all values ​​according to the criteria. Therefore, it shows that the knowledge, attitude, and behavior factors of the people and government agencies of the Eastern Province Group 2 in the election of provincial governors And organizing according to McKinsey's 7s concept is well-suited to being used in practice.
