Abstract

          This research studied the development of a strategic management model for universities that impacts the quality of graduate students at the College of Innovation Management, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin. The objectives are as follows: To study the factors and components affecting the quality of graduate students at the College of Innovation Management, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin. To develop a strategic management model that can enhance the quality of graduate students to achieve higher levels of knowledge and competency. To evaluate and improve the developed strategic management model to effectively elevate the quality of graduate students sustainably. The research involved analyzing relevant concepts and theories, and proposing strategies for developing a university management model in the current situation. The focus was on utilizing digital technology as a tool to support student learning and developing a management model that can appropriately respond to the needs of students and the learning environment in the digital age.
          The study’s findings will benefit the development of university management practices that emphasize adaptation to the digital era and the creation of educational quality that aligns with the current situation.
          The research on developing a university management strategy that affects the quality of graduate students at the College of Innovation Management, Rattanakosin University of Technology, resulted in five strategies for developing a student-centric learning process. These strategies are Quality Management System Development Strategy: Developing a quality management system. Learning Management Development Strategy: Developing the quality of faculty and students. Learning Environment Development Strategy: Developing an environment conducive to learning. Teaching Quality Development Strategy: Developing the quality of teaching and learning. Community Collaboration Promotion Strategy: Promoting community collaboration in education management.
