It aims to study and verify the validity of these components and indicators in the actual context. The sample group consists of human resource officers from food processing industries employing migrant workers. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's table, resulting in a sample of 384 individuals, selected through multi-stage sampling. The instrument used is a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, and data analysis was conducted using exploratory factor analysis. To confirm the validity of the components and indicators, a t-test was conducted with a group of 30 experts, comparing the mean levels of the indicators to an evaluation criterion of a high level (≥ 3.51) using a computer software program.
