Abstract

          This study aims to study (1) accounting skills that affect the work efficiency of accountants in the upper southern region and (2) digital accounting systems that affect the work efficiency of accountants. The research instrument was to collect data from a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis are mean, standard deviation. and multiple regression analysis.
          The research results found that the influence on accounting skills, professional areas, and information technology had a direct and positive effect on the performance of the accountant in terms of accuracy. In terms of achieving goals, it found that the decision-making aspect had a direct and positive impact on the performance of the accountants in terms of accuracy, while the accounting system aspect in the digital age data collection and data management had a direct and positive effect on the performance of accountants. In terms of professional success and the results of the research found that The influence on accounting systems in the digital age data management It had a direct and positive effect on the work efficiency of the accountant.
