Abstract

          A research study on human capital management styles that affect the operational success of construction contracting businesses in the Northeastern region. The objectives are to study 1) the management level of the construction contracting business 2) the level of human capital factors of the construction contracting business 3) the level of success in operating the construction contracting business. in the Northeast and 4) human capital management styles that affect the operational success of construction contracting businesses in the Northeast. The researcher used quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 300 construction contractors. Statistics used in data analysis included percentages, means, standard deviations. and analysis of structural equation models with the Mplus program.

         The results of the research found that 1) management level Overall, the average level was at a high level. 2) Human capital factors The average is at a high level. 3) Success in operating the construction contracting business. is at a high level 4) Human capital management style that affects the success of construction business operations In the Northeastern region, it was found that (4.1) management has a positive direct influence on the success of construction business operations. The path coefficient is equal to 0.175 and has a positive direct influence on the human capital factor. The path coefficient is equal to 0.629 (4.2). Human capital factors have a positive direct influence on the success of construction business operations. with a path coefficient equal to 0.829 and (4.3) management has an indirect causal influence on the success of construction business operations. It has a path coefficient of 0.521 through the human capital factor path. Therefore, construction business operators The model can be used to develop the construction business. their own as appropriate to the nature of the business area to support the business in a stable and sustainable manner.
