Abstract
Development of innovative leadership model of school administrators in the 21st century has the objectives to 1) study the components and needs of innovative leadership for school administrators in the 21st century 2) develop an innovative leadership model of school administrators in the 21st century and 3) validate the innovative leadership model of school administrators in the 21st century. Using a mixed methods research method, the research was conducted in 3 phases. Phase 1 studied the components and needs of innovative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century using survey research methods. The sample group consisted of 271 teachers under the Phatthalung Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Phase 2 Developing the innovative leadership model of school administrators in the 21st century. Phase 3 validate the innovative leadership model of school administrators in the 21st century. The research tools included a questionnaire, Interview form, connoisseurship form. The Data were analyzed by using the mean, standard deviation, Analyze necessary needs and content analysis.
The results of the research found that 1) Components of innovative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century consist of 8 components : Challenging vision, Change management, Learning leader, Design thinking, Participate in success, Risk management, Understand digital technology and Positive organizational. The overall priority needs index was 0.61 2) The innovative leadership model of school administrators in the 21st century was obtained, consisting of 8 components and 44 indicators, and 3) The innovative leadership model of school administrators in the 21st century was appropriate. It is useful and possible. Can actually be used in educational institutions
