Abstract
The purposes of this research article are 1) to study the collaborative leadership characteristics of school administrators and 2) to study guidelines for the development of the collaborative leadership characteristics of school administrators. This research study is divided into 2 steps: 1) A study of the collaborative leadership characteristics of school administrators. The research instrument for collecting the data was a questionnaire. The population: 1,433 people samples consisted of 303 teachers under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area 1. 2) Finding guidelines for the development of the collaborative leadership characteristics of school administrators under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area 1, from the research results of the first step to the method of using research instruments, namely interviews with 5 experts Prepare information and summarize information by Content analysis
The results indicate that 1) The results of the study of collaborative leadership characteristics of school administrators under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area 1, overall, were at a high level. When considering each aspect. It was found that the aspect with the highest average value was organizational commitment. Joint decision-making, trust, and shared vision are high in every aspect, respectively. 2) The guidelines for the collaborative leadership characteristics of school administrators under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area 1. It was found that the shared vision has the lowest average. In the guidelines for development school administrators are aware of changes in various contexts, and have a vision and expectation for the future of the educational institution. The school administrators bring the vision to drive results into practice, leading the organization to the desired goals according to the vision. And in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness, administrators should study the cooperative leadership of educational institution administrators and the guidelines for developing collaborative leadership characteristics to design guidelines for development and implementation in educational institutions appropriately and study guidelines.
