Abstract
The Senario for The Production of Vocational Graduates of Vocational Education Instituttions Under The Office of The Vocational Education Commission In The Next Decade (2023-2033). It is a qualitative research using future research techniques ( Future Research ) research process. Interview with specific groups of experts as follows: 1. Group of vocational education administrators. 2. Group of establishment experts. By interviewing experts according to the criteria of Macmillan ( 1971). A total of 25 people asked for opinions from a group of experts a Delphi Questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were median, mode , quantile range and mean percentage. Questionnaires were analyzed according to estimation. 5-level according to the Likert Scale method. The results of the research found that the future picture of the production of vocational graduates of vocational education institutions. Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in the next decade (2023-2033), trends in the production of graduates at the vocational education level in the future. Focus on producing quality students. It was found that there were 6 important driving trends as follows: 1. Characteristics of vocational education graduates. Accounting for 49.14 percent, the overall research results were at the high level. 2. Curriculum management. Accounting for 56.0 percent, the overall research results were at a high level. 3.Management of teaching and learning at the vocational graduate level Accounting for 54.85 percent, the overall results of the research were at the high level of 4 for teachers at the vocational graduate level. Accounting for 54.28 percent, the overall research results were at a high level. 5. Vocational education standards at the graduate vocational level Percentage 53.71 Overall research results are at the high level. 6. Vocational graduate administration level. Accounting for 55.42 percent, the overall research results were at a high level.
