The New Normal Leadership Indicators of School Administrators Under the Office of Songkhla and Satun Primary Educational Service Area

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) to study the New Normal Leadership Indicators of School Administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office of Songkhla and Satun 2) to develop an evaluation New Normal Leadership Indicators of School Administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office of Songkhla and Satun. The researcher conducted 2 phases: The first part was to study components of the review of documents and was to exploratory factor analysis (EFA) the sample group was 440 of school administrators from Songkhla and Satun Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was a set of 5-point Likert scale questionnaires (Rating Scale) with the reliability ranging from .098 to 1.00. And was to confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) is shows that the (c2 = 653.280, p .- value < .001, df = 344, c2 / df = 1.899, RMSEA = 0.064, CFI = 0.964, TLI = 0.945 and RMR = 0.011). The second phase seven experts were asked to examine the structure and procedures of the guideline manual for evaluation
The study revealed that:
1. Factors and Indicators of new normal leadership of school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office of Songkhla and Satun were a total of 5 factors 33 indicators
2. Guideline manual for evaluation new normal leadership of school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office of Songkhla and Satun comprising 1) principle and reasons 2) the main idea 3) objectives 4) explanation 5) evaluation appearance 6) the point and meaning 7)the guidelines for assessment and 8) a draft of guideline manual for new normal leadership evaluation of school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office of Songkhla and Satun
