Development of Operational Model on Hospital Food Safety to Participate in Phonsai Hospital, Roi-Et

Abstract
This research aims to develop a model and evaluate to operational of participatory food safety hospital at Phon Sai Hospital. A total of key informants were 15 of food safety operations development committees, Phon Sai Hospital, and 66 of networks. We were conducted research and collected data since January, 2018-December 2020. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics using frequencies and percentages. Results found that the participatory food safety hospital operating model includes communication and participation strategies, strategy to create an environment that were conduced to procurement and standards control strategy. When the strategy were put into practice, it was found that resulting in patient food standards Food sanitation standards for hospital patient cooking facilities, and the food sanitation standards of the hospital restaurants passed the evaluation criteria at a very good level.
