The Conceptual Framework: Components of the Green Management Strategy Model of Community Enterprises for Sustainable Production Hang Rice in the Northeastern Region of Thailand

Abstract
This research aims to study the components of the community enterprise's green color management strategy of Hang rice product in order to promote sustainability in the Northeastern region of Thailand, using a qualitative research approach. The researchers employed the Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research (EDFR) technique to access expert knowledge and conducted in-depth interviews with key informants, including the chairperson of the Hang rice community enterprise group in the Northeastern region and government officials. Data collection was done through purposive sampling interviews, and the gathered information served as a guideline for framing this research concept.
The research found that factors influencing the success of community enterprises include both internal and external factors affecting the management of the Hang rice community product enterprise. There is a trend in the main and sub-components of the sustainable business management strategy of the Hang rice community product enterprise in the Northeastern region. The number of main components is 5 factors : 1) Green management, 2) Entrepreneurial focus, 3) Community enterprise network, 4) Innovation capability of the community enterprise, and 5) Sustainable operational outcomes. This article aims to present a framework of concepts as well as factors influencing sustainable performance relationships, all for the benefit of application in the Hang rice community product enterprise and as a guideline for future observational studies.
