The Adoption of Digital Technology in Application for and Granting Construction Permit of Nongwa Subdistrict Municipality in Kumpawapi district, Udon Thani

Abstract
This objective of this study was to study the readiness of electronic building permission system (EBPS) of Nongwa subdistrict municipality, Kumpawapi district, Udon Thani. This study is a mixed method approach. The sample were personnel relevance with (EBPS) and people live in Nongwa sub district municipality consisted of 226 people. The study instruments were questionnaire, knowledge test, the statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA.
The research findings indicate that; residents have a low level understanding of the (EBPS), but high expectations for the (EBPS). At the same time, people's level knowledge of (EBPS) is the lowest among residents. The public is in the moderate level, but expectations for the (EBPS) are also high. Other factors related to the levels of knowledge and understanding of the (EBPS) include age, education and experience. Finally, there is no relationship between the independent variables and levels of understanding.
