The Creation of Increasing Value for Goat Meat of Entrepreneurs for Community Enterprise in Thung Pho Subdistrict of Saba Yoi District in Songkhla Province

Abstract
The purposes of this study were 1) to add value about the processed of goat meat, 2) to create knowledge for goat farming community enterprise entrepreneurs in Thung Por subdistrict, Saba Yoi district, Songkhla province, and 3) to create jobs, careers and generating income for goat farming community enterprise entrepreneurs, Thung Pho sub-district, Saba Yoi district, Songkhla province. The data collection by the field visit to the area and providing in-depth consultation and advice in order to find ways that extend the shelf life of goat meat consumption and adding value to goat meat. In addition, also explored the problems and obstacles of goat farming that affect the economic situation and income of community enterprise entrepreneurs in Thung Por subdistrict, Saba Yoi district, Songkhla province.
The results of the study revealed that 1 product 1 sub-district of Thung Por subdistrict, Saba Yoi district, Songkhla province is "goat meat" because it is a product that uses local raw materials and goat meat has high nutritional value. When processed, it can extend the shelf life for longer consumption. The development of sun-dried goat and packaging was developed to be beautiful and standard. The advantage was that it could be carried and stored for extended consumption period. Moreover, as food preservation and can be processed to consume more goat meat. For brand and logo, which have a design that reflects the spatial identity combined with the way of life of the community of Thung Por subdistrict where goat farming is an important occupation of the population. In addition, it can create valued for the product increase people's income and affecting the economy of Thung Por subdistrict to be better in the future.
