The Empowerment Supervision Process by the Concept of Gibson for Development Learning Management Competencies in Digital Media Creation for Teachers in Prathomsuksa 6 of Schools Under the Office of Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

           The research about “Empowering Supervision Process According to the concept of Gibson to develop learning management skills in digital media creation for teachers in Grade 6 of schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2” that the objectives of research are were 1) to compare the ability to create digital media of Grade 6 teachers in schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by before and after receiving empowerment supervision. 2) To compare satisfaction with empowering supervision of primary school grade 6 teachers at schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by before and after receiving supervision By using the empowerment supervision process to develop Grade 6. Digital media creation includes the ability to create digital media and satisfaction with the empowering supervision process by using the evaluation form the sample group was 28 Grade 6 teachers under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in academic year 2022 that obtained from random sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, analyze information content and report according to the objectives.
           The research was found that 1) Results of the evaluation of Empower supervision in the development of Grade 6 teachers in the creation of digital media in schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were to be at a good/very possible level. 2) Evaluation of satisfaction with empowerment-based supervision from the development of primary school teachers in Grade 6 whom in digital media creation Schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were to have a high level of satisfaction.
