The Academic Management Strategies of Schools in the Next Normal Life Under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Sevice Area 1

Abstract

          This research is a Multi - Phase mixed method  approach. The objectives were: 1)To study the current and desirable conditions of schools academic administration under the Nakhon Ratchasima Elementary Education Area Office District 1, 2) To create an academic management strategy, and 3) To examine the appropriateness of the academic administration strategy. In the academic year 2023, 10 schools, totaling 175 students. Academic Supervisor and Teacher The research tools include questionnaires on the current and desirable conditions of academic administration, interview forms, and assessment forms for the suitability of academic management strategies. The results of the study showed that 1. the study of the current state of academic administration as a whole were moderate (𝑥̅ =3.01), while the desirable condition of academic administration as a whole was very high (𝑥̅=4.15). 2. the academic management strategy consist of 7 strategies and 15 indicators. School Curriculum Development Strategy Learning Process Development Strategies Measurement and Evaluation Strategies Research strategies to improve the quality of education, innovative media and technology development strategies, and educational supervision strategies, 3. the results of the examination of the appropriateness of the academic management strategy found that the appropriateness level, feasibility, and expected benefits of the academic management strategy of educational institutions under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Area Office. District 1 in the next lifestyle base era, overall at the most appropriate level (𝑥̅ =4.52)
