Abstract
Research on “The development supervision model of Thai language teachers for develop learning management competency to promotes compound reading skills of students in primary 1 level of schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2" were on study research that have purpose as 1) To develop a supervision model for Thai language teachers to develop learning management competencies that promote consonant reading skills of primary 1 level students. 2) To examine the empirical effectiveness of the Thai language teacher supervision model to develop learning management competency that promotes reading skills of primary 1 level students by means of evaluating the learning management supervision competency of the supervisor, learning management that promotes reading skills Thai language teacher's diphthongs and evaluate students' ability to read diphthongs. The data collection by using the evaluation form that the sample group was teachers of the Thai language learning in primary 1 level with collected in a specific way. The data analysis using descriptive statistics, analyze information content and report according to the objectives that have been set from the research conducted that it was found that the results of evaluating the development of a supervision model and creating a supervision manual by the process of extracting lessons that is appropriate at a high level, teacher supervision of teachers in the Thai language learning group that develop the reading skills of students in primary 1 level are appropriate at a high level and developing a supervision model and creating a supervision manual through the process of extracting lessons by it was then used to supervise teachers and evaluate their satisfaction with the supervision process that was found that satisfaction was at the highest level.
