Developing an educational institution management model towards excellence Promotion of morality and ethics The PTAUY Model strategy was used for students at Municipal School 3 (Ban Nong Muang). This research was research and development. The objectives are 1) to study basic information for developing an educational institution management model towards excellence; Promotion of morality and ethics by using the PTAUY Model strategy for municipal school students 3 (Ban Nong Muang) 2) to develop and evaluate the development of educational institute management model towards excellence. Principles and objectives of the model, part 2, the content consists of the elements of school administration towards excellence and the process of school administration to excellence, and part 3, conditions for success in promoting morality, ethics and operating according to the management model. School of Excellence Regarding the promotion of morality and ethics, Ptauy Model has operational processes that are the key cogs of the model to success as follows: Plan means planning together from the analysis. meeting together, laying the same direction It is a step by step process. can be adjusted according to the situation There is clarity, internationalization, monitoring, evaluation, and auditing at all times. Pocss means a process and method for conducting activities that lead to success through systematic analysis and planning in every activity clearly. It is a continuous, tiered, step-by-step approach from start to finish and changes are seen for the better throughout that process. Particpate means participation of all members of the organization. Especially administrators, teachers, students and workers. which is a stakeholder in education management Everyone has a role and responsibility to Collaborate in managing all activities in the organization. co-liability Celebrating success in the organization Team means working together. one same goal shared responsibility succeed together harmony rejoice in the same organization, everyone Teach means to be a teacher with advice. communicate with each other Helping students learn By using the learning theory according to age, according to the curriculum, according to the potential and policy of the organization. Attitude means the attitude and opinion towards the organization. To personnel in a good organization, the panel was filled with morality and positive thinking in student development, self-improvement, and organizational development, both physically, intellectually and mentally. Actvity refers to all activities in an organization that must be driven to achieve its objectives, with clearly defined steps. which students will practice by themselves in order to acquire skills and eventually be cultivated Active means being active. be nimble in the performance of their responsibilities at full capacity enthusiastic about work has the power to drive accepted practices and A good role model for everyone in a professional learning society. - Evaluation results of educational institution management model towards excellence Promotion of morality and ethics by using The PTAUY Model strategy for municipal school students 3 (Ban Nong Muang) found that the intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) was 0.817, indicating that the correlation between assessors was consistent at a good level.
