The Model of Change Management Potential for Sustainable of Community Enterprise Development

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the model of change management potential for sustainable community enterprise development. This research used a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. The quantitative research to study the components and patterns of Change Management Potential for Sustainable of Community Enterprise Development empirically and supplemented with qualitative research methods to support clarify and confirm the quantitative research results. The samples used in the quantitative research were There are 31,070 members of community enterprises and community enterprise networks that have registered in the product production group in 2020 (Community Enterprise Promotion Division, 2021). The sample size was determined (Hair, Black, Babin and Anderson, 2010:1). The sample size was 320 people using multistage random sampling. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were analyzed by the researcher using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). For the qualitative research method, the researcher used the phenomenological method (Phenomenological Approach) with in-depth interviews (In-Depth Interview) with 8 experts related to community enterprise. The results showed that the change management potential for sustainable community enterprise development was consistent with the empirical data with a chi-square value of 162.34 at degrees of freedom of 169 with a statistical significance of 0.50, a relative chi-square of 0.89, a CFI of 1.01, an NFI of 0.94, a GFI of 0.94, an AGFI of 0.92 and a RMSEA is 0.00.
