Teamwork Behavior of Student Teachers Organizing Volunteer Activities at the Pracharat Bamrung 1 Border Patrol Police School, Sa Kaeo Province

Abstract

           The aims of this study are to study the teamwork behavior of student teachers from the Faculty of Education, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University when organizing volunteer activities at the Pracharat Bamrung 1 Border Patrol Police School, Sa Kaeo province. The study population comprised 33 student teachers who had participated in volunteer activities at the Pracharat Bamrung 1 Border Patrol Police School in Sa Kaeo province using the census method. The study paradigm is based on quantitative research and the tool used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The statistics employed to analyze the data were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. The results show that there were no differences in the teamwork behavior of student teachers in terms of gender, field of study, and academic year. The study findings can help to identify and develop desirable characteristics of student teachers that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of teamwork and organizing volunteer activities in the future.
