Factors Influencing Quality of Small Schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area in the Northeast

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to study the direct influence, the indirect influence and the total influence of factors influencing the quality of the small schools under the office of primary educational service area in the northeast.
          Population were 6,951 small schools under the office of primary educational service area in the northeast and the sample were 544 administrators of the small schools, obtained from the calculation using G* power3 program an analysis by using a SPSS program and using LISREL program was used to analyze the confirmation of component analysis and to investigated between the hypothesis model and the empirical data. The research findings were factors influencing the quality of the small schools under the office of primary educational service area in the northeast consisted of: 1) Factors of direct effect, indirect effect, and total was Leadership of school administrators 2) Factors of direct effect and total were  School environment, Community involvement, and Teacher characteristics.
