The Development of Self-Sufficient Lifestyles of Teachers Under the Office of Buriram Secondary Education Service Area

Abstract

          This research has the following objectives 1) to study elements and indicators the development of a sufficiency lifestyle of the teachers 2) to study the current state and the desirable condition of developing a self-sufficient way of life of the teachers 3) to create and development of a self-sufficient way of life of the teachers and 4) to study the results of the experimental model of self-sufficient lifestyle of the teachers (research and development). The conduct of the research is divided into 4 phases 1) Study components and indicators the development of a self-sufficient way of life of the teachers in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram the target group Confirmation of composition as 9 experts 2) study desirable conditions of a self-sufficient way of life of the teachers in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram. The sample of current conditions study and desirable are the 132 school administrators, 345 teachers including a sample group of 477 people 3) create and development model of a self-sufficient way of life of the teachers in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram the target group in the meeting criticize draft the model being a school administrator and 40 teachers and a group of 10 experts to confirm the model (4) tryout the model of a self-sufficient way of life of the teachers in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram. from 40 teachers.
          The results showed that 1) Components and indicators of health high school learners gather 4 components 45 indicators pass confirmation suitability and possibility 2) The results current condition development of a self-sufficient way of life of the teachers in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram the gather is moderate level and desirable conditions development of a self-sufficient way of life of the teachers in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram was at the highest level sort by importance index of necessity between 0.32–0.49 3) The result of creating a development model of a self-sufficient way of life of the teachers in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram there are 6 components 1) principle 2) objective 3) content 4) development process 5) measurement and evaluation model evaluation results Development Manuals and Documentation by the experts found the overall appropriate at the highest level. 4) Results from the trial and evaluate the effectiveness of the development model of a self-sufficient way of life of the teachers in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram found Knowledge and understanding after development is higher than before. Sufficiency Behavior Assessment Results After development is higher than before. The Total at the highest level and satisfaction assessment results of teachers on the total model was at the highest level.
