A Study of Factor affect the Success of National Women’s Volleyball

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study factors affecting the success of Thai national women's volleyball players. and to analyze environmental factors that affect the success of Thai national women's volleyball players. using mixed-method research that has 2 steps. Step 1 is a summary of the factors affecting the success of Thai national women's volleyball players. By in-depth interviews with 20 key informants, from semi-structured interview for use data to create a framework for factors affecting the success of promoting Thai women's volleyball players. Thai women's national volleyball team A questionnaire was developed to frame the factors obtained from the first phase of the research. The samples used in this phase were coaches, referees and volleyball players. A total of 400 people were sampled by purposive sampling. Data from in-depth interviews were analyzed by content analysis. Data from questionnaires were analyzed by Exploratory Factor Analysis.
The results of the research were as follows: 1.The factors affecting the success of the Thai women's volleyball team were internal environment factors. It consists of inputs, processes, outputs, supporters and stakeholders. External environmental factors include politics, economy, societies, culture and technology. 2.The results of the analysis of environmental factors affecting the success of Thai national women's volleyball players revealed that internal environmental factors consisted of policy and planning factors with 5 indicators, budget factors, and budget factors. There were 4 indicators management factors There were 6 indicators sports support and welfare factors. There were 5 indicators sports selection and preparation factors. There were 6 indicators Training and competition factors There were 5 indicators measure external environmental factors consist of economic and social factors with 3 indicators, social and cultural factors with 3 indicators, and science and technology factors with 3 indicators.
