Abstract
Academic article on Benefits of Work-Life Balance, gathers the benefits of the principle of work-life balance after adapting to business environment, both internal and external environments. Especially the Great Resignation, that is facing all over the world. It is an event which a large number of employees leave their full-time jobs steadily. Although the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic has passed. The effect persists, one of the related reasons for the situation is a lack of balance between work and life. Therefore, the principle of work-life balance is one of the solutions. That is used to remain the employees and provide the qualitative and quantitative benefits to the organization as well.
